We recently purchased this fantastic Mercedes E220 from a dealer in Bradford where it was taken in part exchange and road tested it over 120 miles back to our base in Weldon. The car started first time from cold, the 191 BHP engine sounded healthy and it pulled nicely through all gears with no issues. The eight-speed automatic gearbox changed up/down with no hesitation and the car handled the roads well with a quiet sounding suspension! The black leather interior is in very tidy condition, the seats show minimal signs of wear, the cabin smells clean and all electrics functioned as they should including the park assist (inc sensors and rear camera), heated/electric front seats, dab media, sat nav and climate control with cold air con. The Mercedes would make an ideal family car as it's affordable to run, costing just £20 per year to tax and returns excellent mpg of over 72 miles combined. The vehicle has been very well looked after and comes with a comprehensive history record with proof of seven services - the first six were done at the main dealer and we have done the most recent one at 1*** miles. There are also some supporting invoices included too. We have also put the E-Class through our 47 point safety check which came back from the garage with a clean bill of health.
