Payment Process & Terms., Hello and welcome :) Transparency Cars is all about making your purchase painless. I specialise in in-depth video appraisals and have been doing so successfully for nearly 10 years., My philosophy is simple, describe the car honestly, accurately, warts n all and guarantee it. The advantage to you, is that you know everything about the car prior to travel, thus giving you the complete confidence to make an educated buying decision from the comfort of your own home :), So, if after watching the video fully you think the car is perfect for you, all I ask for is a £200 deposit. I will then end all of my Advertising and remove the car from sale, we can then arrange a mutually convenient time for your inspection / collection (availability explained below)., Your deposit is fully refundable on collection :) If you thing my video is a misrepresentation, I will apologise profusely, refund your deposit and cover any travel costs you have incured. But please be reassured, I have not had one customer in 10 years request a refund. However, if you change your mind prior to collection you will forfeit the deposit, this is to cover my readvertising costs, loss of business turnover / time wasted., If you wish to proceed, please call me. I will give you my bank details, you add me as a payee and transfer the £200 across. My prices are fixed, I do not overprice to then reduce, so please respect the fact that I do not haggle., The balance to be paid by transfer or cash depending on the amount (no more than 8k in cash). I do not accept any type of card payment, nor do I facilitate Finance or accept Finance as a method of payment., Collection is available 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday and occasionally 7am - 10am Saturday monings. Please appreciate, Im a family man with young children and work hard all week to spend my weekends with them.
