THIS IS A VERY LOVELY STAG . SO WHEN WE PURCHASED WE WERE TOLD BY THE LAST OWNER THE MILES OF JUST 35000 WAS CORRECT ,. HE PURCHASED FROM BONHAMS AND IT HIS BELIEF THEY WARRANTED IT TO HIM . IT MAY VERY MUCH BE CORRECT HOWEVER WE CANNOT ACCURATELY SAY FOR CERTAIN . IF IT WAS 100% RIGHT THIS WOULD BE A £30000 STAG HOWEVER WE CANNOT CONFIRM ALBEIT AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE BLURB BELOW BONHAMS MADE NUMEROUS REFERENCES TO LOW MILES .. IT HOWEVER IS A VERY NICE EXAMPE IN LOVELY CONDITION AND DRIVES VERY WELL BELOW IS SOME BLURB FROM BONHAMS WHEN THEY SUPPLIED TO LAST OWNER 2 YEARS AGO . PREVIOUS OWNER HAD A CONSIDERABLE TIME .. HEADING VERY GOOD CAR /LOW MILES 3 FORMER REGISTERED OWNERS .. This Stag was first registered on the 9th of June 1978 and shows 35,262 miles on the odometer. It was last serviced and MoT’d in November last year. The Stag was restored and resprayed eight years ago, during which the hardtop was refurbished and a new front driver’s side front wing was fitted. At the same time the seats were re-foamed and the car got new carpets and a new mohair hood. It was also subject to a complete mechanical check and overhaul.
